Auré is built for difficult relationship experiences and their emotional aftermath.

Infidelity. Separation. Divorce. Loss. Loneliness. Jealousy. An unhealthy relationship. A future that no longer feels the way it did.

These are not things most people want to make public. Auré was created to give you a private place to talk, reflect, steady yourself, and find support without turning your experience into a public story.

The complete Auré platform is coming soon. This page describes the support experience we are building. The website AI Companion preview offers an introduction to Auré; it does not include the complete platform’s features.

A private place to begin

You may want somewhere to talk before you are ready to speak with another person.

You may not know what to say yet. You may not know what category you belong in. You may not know whether you want guidance, connection, or simply somewhere to put what you are carrying.

The Auré AI Companion is designed to give you a private place to begin. You can talk about what happened, what you are feeling, what you are afraid of, what you are trying to understand, or what feels hardest to hold right now.

You do not need to explain everything perfectly.

You can choose to remain anonymous

Auré is designed so you can choose to remain anonymous to other participants inside the support experience.

You do not need a public-facing identity. You do not need a public profile. You do not need to perform your pain for an audience.

Auré may ask how to address you, but that does not need to be your legal name. Using a chosen name does not mean that no account or technical information is collected.

The goal is to make the experience feel personal while helping you protect your privacy.

Why Auré asks for email and phone number

Contact details help Auré manage access, reach you, and support account security.

Joining the website waitlist is separate from creating an account for the complete platform. The waitlist asks for an email address so you can receive launch updates. Any email or phone requirements for the application will be explained during account setup.

Providing contact details does not mean you need to use your real name publicly inside Auré. Your identity within the support experience does not need to become a public one.

No public profile or public feed

Auré is not a public social network.

• There is no need to turn your private experience into visible content.

You do not need to announce what happened. You do not need to share your story with strangers. You do not need to explain yourself before you are ready.

Your conversations are not public content

Conversations with the Auré AI Companion are not posts for a public feed or an audience.

If you choose a peer connection or group, the people participating in that conversation will be able to see what you share with them.

Auré is built around the belief that relationship pain should not become entertainment, engagement, or performance. Your private moments deserve care.

AI is always clearly disclosed

Auré begins with the Auré AI Companion.

The Auré AI Companion is AI, and Auré will always make that clear. It will not pretend to be a human being, therapist, doctor, counselor, or licensed professional.

Auré uses AI first because many people need a private place to talk before they are ready to speak with another person.

When you are talking to AI, you will know you are talking to AI.

Real people, when you choose them

Human connection inside Auré will be optional.

You will be able to stay entirely with the Auré AI Companion without connecting with another person.

When you choose human connection, that will mean connecting with other participants through one-to-one peer connection or carefully matched groups. These connections are based on lived experience, rather than professional care.

You may choose a one-to-one peer connection with someone navigating circumstances similar to your own. You may choose a carefully matched group organized around shared experience, situation, or stage.

You decide whether to connect and how much to share.

You control what you share

Auré is designed around your pace.

• You decide when to say it.
• You decide whether to connect with another person.
• You decide how much of your experience to share.
• You decide whether to step back.

You can change the subject. You can pause. You can stay quiet. You can remain with Auré alone.

There is no required path.

Privacy inside peer connection

If you choose to connect with another person or join a group, Auré is designed to reduce pressure and support your privacy.

• There is no public audience.
• There is no public posting.
• There is no need to share more than you want.
• There is no requirement to use your legal name as your identity.

Other participants will see what you share in the conversation. A chosen name can help protect your identity, but details you disclose may still identify you. Auré cannot guarantee that another participant will keep shared information confidential.

You can begin with as little as you feel comfortable sharing.

Peer connection is meant to help you feel less alone, not exposed.

Your pain is not a product

Auré was not built to turn people’s hardest moments into public content.

Your private experience should not be something people watch, judge, or react to for entertainment.

You should not have to build an audience to receive understanding or make your story public to find connection.

Auré exists to support people through difficult relationship experiences.

Safety and responsibility

Auré is a support platform. It is not therapy, medical care, professional care, legal advice, or crisis support.

The Auré AI Companion is designed to give you a private place to talk, reflect, steady yourself, and find relevant support. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a therapist, doctor, counselor, lawyer, emergency service, or crisis resource.

AI responses can be mistaken or miss important context. Do not rely on Auré to recognize every situation that needs professional or urgent help.

Being honest about those limits is part of the care.

If you are in immediate danger

Auré is not an emergency service.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent emotional support, contact a qualified crisis resource in your area.

If you feel unsafe in your relationship or home, seek support from a specialist domestic abuse service. You do not need to settle on a label for your relationship before asking for help.

Device and account privacy

Auré is designed as a private platform, but your privacy can also depend on the device, browser, email, phone number, notifications, and accounts you use.

If privacy is especially important in your situation:

• Use a device and accounts you control when possible.
• Protect your passwords.
• Be careful with shared devices.
• Be mindful of notifications and message previews.
• Consider who can access your email or phone.
• Be aware of browser history and saved passwords.

Someone with access to your device or accounts may be able to see that you are using Auré.

If someone monitors your activity and you are concerned about their reaction, seek specialist guidance before making changes that could alert them.

No app can fully control who has access to your device or accounts.

The complete platform will let you begin privately with the Auré AI Companion, use personalized practices, explore educational videos, and choose whether to connect with real people.
