WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe that when a relationship changes everything, no one should have to go through it alone.

Infidelity. Separation. Divorce. Loss. Loneliness. Jealousy. An unhealthy relationship. A future that no longer feels the way it did.

However you arrived here, you are welcome.

You may have been hurt. You may have caused hurt. You may be grieving, confused, angry, ashamed, afraid, or unsure what comes next.

You are still a person deserving privacy, understanding, and support. There is room for honesty and accountability here, without humiliation.

At the center of Auré is the Auré AI Companion.

It is AI, and we will always make that clear. It will not pretend to be a person or a professional providing care.

Support should make room for what is true, including what is difficult to face.

Auré is a non-medical support platform. It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support, and it does not replace professional care.

We will not promise to heal you, give you a recovery deadline, or tell you what the outcome of your relationship should be.

We believe support can help you understand your situation and consider your choices while leaving those choices yours.

## Your experience deserves privacy

Your hardest moments should not become public content.

Privacy is part of what we have built, and we believe you deserve clear explanations of how your information is handled.

You should be able to seek support without using your legal name as your identity within the support experience.
