## About Auré

- Auré is a private support platform for people navigating infidelity, separation, divorce, the loss of a partner, unhealthy relationships, loneliness, jealousy, and other major relationship changes.

The complete platform brings together five ways to find support: the Auré AI Companion, one-to-one peer connection, carefully matched groups, personalized practices, and educational videos.

You can begin privately with AI and choose whether to connect with other people.

- Auré is for people whose relationship experiences have changed how their lives feel.

You may have been hurt. You may have caused hurt. You may be grieving, ashamed, angry, confused, lonely, or unsure what comes next.

You do not need to have a clear label for your experience or a decision about your relationship before seeking support.

- No. Infidelity and betrayal remain an important part of Auré, but the platform is built for a wider range of difficult relationship experiences.

These include separation, divorce, loss of a partner, unhealthy relationships, loneliness, jealousy, and other major relationship changes.

- Yes. Auré is built for people who were betrayed and are trying to understand what happened, what they feel, and what comes next.

It offers a private place to talk, explore recurring thoughts, prepare for difficult conversations, and find relevant support without pressure to make an immediate decision about the relationship.

- Yes. Auré is also built for people who caused hurt and are dealing with regret, shame, confusion, fear, or the desire to take responsibility.

Support does not mean excusing what happened. Auré is designed to make room for honesty, accountability, and reflection without humiliation.

- No. Auré is a non-medical support platform. It does not provide therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services.

It offers private conversation, personalized practices, educational content, and optional peer connection. These do not replace professional care.

- No. The Auré AI Companion is artificial intelligence, and it will always be clearly identified as AI.

Human connection is a separate, optional part of the complete platform, through one-to-one peer connections and carefully matched groups.

- Sometimes people need a private place to begin before they are ready to speak with another person. They may want to put their thoughts into words, explore an unfamiliar feeling, or talk about something they have not shared elsewhere.

The Auré AI Companion is designed to offer that starting point. Human connection is available when you choose it.

- Auré is a coordinated system of eleven specialized language models, developed and fine-tuned with expertise from specialists across different fields.

Its focus is difficult relationship experiences and their emotional aftermath. Different parts of the system are designed to keep track of what you have shared and shape conversation and support around your particular circumstances.

The complete platform also brings together personalized practices, educational videos, and optional human connection.

## Privacy & Safety

- Auré is designed so you can choose to remain anonymous to other participants within the support experience. You do not need a public-facing profile or use your legal name as your identity there.

This does not mean Auré collects no information. Account and technical information are explained in the Privacy Policy.

- No legal name is required to use Auré.

Within the support experience, Auré may ask how to address you, but that does not need to be your legal name.

- Contact details are used to manage access, communicate with you, and support account security.

Account setup happens in the app.

Using contact details for your account does not mean they become your public identity within the support experience. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

- Auré is built without a public feed or public-facing profiles.

However, someone with access to your device, browser history, email, phone, notifications, or accounts may be able to see activity. Auré cannot guarantee that your use will be hidden from someone who has that access.

The Privacy and Safety page explains these limits.

- Auré is designed for private conversation, rather than public posting. Conversations with the AI Companion are not displayed in a public feed.

If you choose a peer connection or group, the people participating in that conversation can see what you share with them.

The Privacy Policy explains how conversation data is handled.

- Auré offers private support without turning your relationship experience into public content or engagement.

For specific information about data collection, use, and sharing, please read the Privacy Policy. You deserve clear information about how your data is handled before deciding what to share.

- No. Auré is not an emergency or crisis service, and you should not rely on it for urgent help.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you need urgent emotional support, contact a qualified crisis resource in your area.

## How Auré Works

- The complete platform begins with the Auré AI Companion. You can talk privately about what is happening and what feels most important to you.

Through conversation, Auré is designed to develop a deeper understanding of your experience and circumstances. That understanding helps shape personalized practices, educational content, and optional connections with people whose situations meaningfully resemble your own.

The complete platform is available now.

- Auré is designed to consider what happened, your circumstances, where you are in the experience, and what matters most right now.

Someone facing betrayal may need different support from someone grieving a partner. What feels useful shortly after an event may also change over time.

The aim is support shaped around your situation, rather than the topic in general.

- Personalized practices are guided exercises shaped around your experience, circumstances, and what feels most relevant in the moment.

They are designed to help you organize recurring thoughts, prepare for difficult conversations, reflect on decisions, and move through challenging moments.

As your situation changes, the practices are designed to change with you. They are part of the complete platform.

- Auré’s educational videos are created around specific relationship experiences and questions.

Topics include betrayal, trust, separation, divorce, grief, loneliness, jealousy, communication, emotional disconnection, and difficult decisions.

The purpose is to offer relevant knowledge and language for understanding your experience without prescribing one path forward.

- No. You can stay entirely with the Auré AI Companion without connecting with another person.

One-to-one peer connection and carefully matched groups are optional. You choose whether and when to use them.

- One-to-one peer connection allows you to talk privately with another person navigating circumstances meaningfully similar to your own.

It is based on shared understanding through lived experience. It is not therapy or professional care.

- Carefully matched groups bring together people with shared experiences, circumstances, and stages.

The intention is to make connection more relevant than simply placing everyone dealing with a broad topic in the same group.

    Participation is optional.

- Auré’s peer connections are based on lived experience, rather than a professional-care role.

A participant may have professional qualifications in their own life, but peer connection through Auré is not presented as therapy, medical care, or professional treatment.

- Matching considers factors such as your experience, circumstances, role, and stage.

The aim is to help you connect with people who understand something close to what you are facing. Participation remains your choice.

- You do not need to use your legal name as your identity within the support experience, and there is no public audience.

Other group participants can see what you choose to share with them. Privacy within a group is different from talking only with the AI Companion, so it is important to share at a level that feels appropriate to you.

## Getting Started

- The complete Auré platform is available now.

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

- The website demo offers an introduction to the Auré AI Companion.

It is separate from the complete platform, which is available now in the app and brings together personalized AI support, practices, educational videos, one-to-one peer connection, and carefully matched groups.

The demo should not be understood as access to all of those features.

- You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

The complete platform is available now. You create your account in the app.

- Auré starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, it is a monthly subscription. In the United States, it is $19.99 per month on both the App Store and Google Play. In Germany, it is €22.99 per month on the App Store and €20.99 per month on Google Play. In other countries, your store shows the price in your local currency before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

- Yes. Auré is built for people who may not yet know how to describe their situation or what kind of support they want.

You can begin with a thought, a question, a feeling, or simply what feels hardest that day.

## Infidelity & Betrayal

- You do not have to resolve the entire future of the relationship immediately.

A starting point may be identifying what you know, what feels most pressing, and who can support you. Immediate safety or health concerns deserve appropriate help.

Auré offers a private place to work through the emotional questions at your pace.

- Some relationships continue after infidelity, and others end.

What happens next depends on the people and circumstances involved. Auré will not promise reconciliation or treat staying together as the required outcome.

It is designed to support reflection while leaving the decision yours.

- You may not have a clear answer immediately. Love, anger, trust, practical concerns, and uncertainty can all be present together.

Auré helps you explore what matters to you, organize your questions, and consider your choices. It does not make the decision for you or replace professional support.

- Repeated questions and thoughts can feel exhausting.

Auré offers private conversation and personalized practices for working through recurring thoughts. It does not promise to stop them or provide treatment.

If thoughts are overwhelming or interfering with daily life, seek support from a qualified professional.

- “Betrayal trauma” is a term used to describe the impact of serious betrayal in a close or trusted relationship.

Auré does not assess whether that term applies to you or provide a diagnosis. You do not need a diagnosis or a particular label to seek support for what you are experiencing.

- People using this term may describe recurring thoughts, difficulty trusting, emotional distress, disrupted sleep, or feeling unsettled after betrayal.

Those experiences are not a diagnostic checklist. If you are concerned about your symptoms, a qualified professional can assess them.

    Auré’s role is non-medical support.

- There is no sequence everyone must follow.

People may experience changing feelings and needs as they understand what happened and consider what comes next. Returning to a difficult question does not mean you have failed to move forward.

Auré responds to your circumstances rather than placing you on a fixed recovery schedule.

- There is no single timeline that applies to everyone.

Auré will not promise recovery by a particular date. Its purpose is to offer support that can remain relevant as your circumstances and needs change.

- “Affair fog” is an informal phrase people use for the intensity, confusion, or rationalization that can surround an affair. It is not a clinical diagnosis.

Auré is designed to help people discuss specific experiences and behavior without relying on a label to explain everything.

- Yes. Auré is built for people affected by emotional affairs, physical affairs, online affairs, hidden relationships, and other breaches of trust.

The focus includes both what happened and its emotional aftermath.

- Rebuilding trust involves more than asking someone to believe a promise. Honest communication, accountability, and consistent behavior may all matter.

The other person’s choices remain theirs, including whether they want to continue the relationship.

Auré offers space for reflection and preparation for difficult conversations. It cannot guarantee trust, forgiveness, or reconciliation.

- Forgiving yourself does not require dismissing the harm you caused.

You can take responsibility, acknowledge the impact, and consider what you want to do differently while also seeking support for regret or shame.

Auré makes room for both accountability and support.

- You may feel shame, regret, fear, or conflicting emotions after causing hurt.

Those feelings can be discussed without excusing what happened or treating you as beyond support. Auré offers that space.

- You do not need to have every answer today.

It may help to identify the questions, immediate concerns, and support needs in front of you before making larger decisions.

Auré helps you explore the emotional side of what happened. It does not decide whether you should stay, leave, or reconcile.

## Separation, Divorce, Loss & Other Relationship Experiences

- Auré offers private support for the uncertainty and emotional changes that can accompany separation.

You can talk about what feels unresolved, use relevant practices and educational content, and choose whether to connect with people facing similar circumstances.

- Auré’s focus is the emotional experience of divorce: changes to relationships, routines, identity, and the future you expected.

It offers non-medical support and optional peer connection. It does not provide legal or financial advice.

- Auré offers a private place to talk about grief, absence, loneliness, and life after losing a partner.

The complete platform includes personalized practices, educational content, and optional connection with people whose circumstances meaningfully resemble your own.

It is not grief therapy or professional bereavement care.

- Yes. Loneliness is one of the experiences Auré is built around.

You may feel alone after a relationship ends, after a loss, or while still in a relationship. Auré offers private AI conversation and the option of human connection when you choose it.

- Yes. Auré supports people whose fear, insecurity, or uncertainty is affecting how they see their relationship, their partner, or themselves.

It offers a private place to explore those feelings and prepare for conversations. It cannot determine whether a suspicion about your partner is true.

- Auré helps you describe what is happening, reflect on recurring patterns, and consider what support you need.

You do not need to settle on a label before taking your concerns seriously.

Auré is not a domestic abuse or crisis service. If safety is a concern, seek specialist support; if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

- Yes. You do not need to be facing infidelity or divorce to seek support.

Auré is built for people who feel lonely, unseen, distant, or uncertain within a relationship, including when there has been no single event to explain the change.

- You can still begin.

Major relationship change includes experiences that affect your connection, identity, routines, or sense of the future without fitting neatly into another category.

Auré is designed to start with your circumstances, not require you to choose the perfect label.

## Therapy, Support Groups & Other Apps

- Therapy is professional care. Auré is a non-medical support platform.

The complete Auré platform offers AI conversation, personalized practices, educational videos, and optional peer connection. Auré does not provide diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional help or crisis services.

- You may want an additional place to organize thoughts, reflect on a conversation, or prepare questions between appointments.

Auré serves that supporting role. It does not replace your therapist or the care you receive.

- That depends on your circumstances, needs, and safety.

A qualified professional can help you explore which form of care is appropriate. Auré does not make that assessment or replace either form of therapy.

- A support group centers on connection among participants. Auré offers several forms of support in one platform.

You can use the AI Companion privately, explore practices and educational videos, and choose whether to add one-to-one peer connection or a carefully matched group.

- A forum generally organizes conversation through posts and replies shared with a community.

Auré is built without a public feed. You begin privately with the AI Companion, with optional peer connections and matched groups rather than public posting.

- Online therapy services provide access to professional care.

Auré is a non-medical support platform focused on difficult relationship experiences. It combines AI support, personalized practices, educational videos, and optional human connection based on lived experience.

- You do not need to announce your participation publicly or connect with another person to use the AI support experience.

However, activity may be visible to someone with access to your device, notifications, email, or accounts. Auré cannot guarantee secrecy from people with that access.

- Auré is designed to help you understand your situation and consider your options, rather than take over your decisions.

It may help you organize thoughts, prepare for conversations, or reflect on what matters. Decisions about your relationship remain yours.

- You can read about the platform and explore the website demo before deciding whether to download the app.

You do not need certainty about your relationship or a complete explanation of what you are feeling.

The complete Auré platform is available now.
